Overview
Being an intern at MetLife means being a member of a global, diverse community where creative ideas forge the path for MetLife’s future. The first week comprises onboarding, orientation, networking events, trainings and guest speakers from the business. Interns will learn about MetLife’s culture, business, and the benefits and responsibilities of being a MetLife employee.
Program Description
Interns spend ten weeks collaborating on real business projects for Global Technology teams, attending professional development sessions weekly, networking, and enjoying social and philanthropic events during a robust onboarding experience. Each intern is paired with a mentor to provide guidance and feedback. In addition an innovative group challenge provides the opportunity to present a technological business concept idea to senior leadership at the culmination of the program.
Our 2022 Summer Internship Program will likely be a hybrid model.
